Abstract

En trabajos anteriores propiciábamos el tratamiento conservador del cáncer del seno como la línea más racional, como garantía de la calidad asistencial, ya que mutilación no es sinónimo de curación y la extirpación contribuye a crear insatisfacción e imperfección.
